She Said

You are air like oxygen in a storm.
I am water like land flooded by raindrops.
A torch to light a candle.

We rule the world and the night around it,
but not the time it's spinning, nor its ending
or its beginning.

Birth

Human strength is meant to endure storms, not to defeat them. So when a cold front is heading, stand still and be mindful. For no greater serenity can be found then in the time before.
